One thing I love to do when in London: grab a River Rover pass with Thames Clippers (Uber Boats) and spend the day gliding between Putney and Barking–and taking in all of the sights in between. To my mind, it’s one of the best ways to see London’s sites (even if the occasional new construction interrupts the view).
This clip, edited from a good seven hours, was filmed 13 June, 2024. We first boarded at Temple Pier, traveled down to Battersea and, from there, up to Greenwich. We disembarked and enjoyed marvelous (!) fish and chips at the Trafalgar pub. We then floated on to see the Thames Barrier (a dream come true for me!), back down to Putney, and again to The City. We finally disembarked at Bankside to walk back to our rooms.
